What Vitamins Promote Hair Growth? The problem of hair loss is always very difficult to handle. The reason of hair loss may be due to hereditary genes that result in progressive baldness, or malnutrition that makes hair root cells inactive and the regeneration of hair strands at the follicle stops. If baldness is caused by heredity, it is difficult to biologically stimulate hair growth. Genes is something which cannot be separated from any individual. It is the overall blueprint of the human body.
However, the problem of hair loss due to malnutrition can be easily rectified. The lack of vitamins, especially vitamins for hair growth, is the cause of the hair loss. You just have to include food which is rich in these vitamins to get healthy hair growth. If you diet too strictly to lose weight, you might risk hair loss as the hair will not get the essential nutrients it requires to keep healthy.
Furthermore, while replenishing the vitamin needs, it is vital to choose the appropriate vitamins. For instance, you should not take Vitamin K rich diet if you are facing the problem of hair loss. Vitamins that promote hair growth are Vitamin B, A, C and E must be included in your daily diet.
The most popular hair growth vitamin is Biotin or vitamin B7. Among all the vitamins, Biotin is what makes most of the contribution in terms of hair growth. That is why, almost all hair growth products contain vitamin B7. Biotin can be obtained in foods like liver, fish and beans.
Another important nutrient is Vitamin A. This essential vitamin may not promote hair growth but it helps in strengthening the hair strands by enhancing its waxy and pliable characteristics. It makes the hair healthy and prevents hair loss.
Besides these important vitamins, other minerals like Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Omega 3, etc. Are also essential for the growth of healthy hair.

How Do You Make Hair Grow Faster?I am very interested in how to make hair grow faster right now. I must admit it was really stupid of me to have it cut, pixie-style. I was not quite myself when it happened. I was just walking towards home and miserably mulling over my answers on that last exam and feeling generally awful.
As if coming from nowhere, a hair salon appeared right before my very eyes. I walked towards it, entered the salon and motioned to the first person I saw to cut it real short. That he did and now, looking at the mirror, I want every single hair strand to be attached back into my head.
I’m mad at myself but I can’t do anything about it. I miss my old hair already. It took me more than two years to have it that long. My new cut just doesn’t suit me. My only hope is that it grows back really fast.
